About Me
About Me
Hi, I'm Billie Ivy Burton!
I specialize in how we use satellite technology to change our world. I have worked with NASA Lifelines for humanitarians, the Mass Department of Conservation and Recreation for the environment and with historic maps, and extensively on Ukraine and Cameroon investigating war crimes. I regularly teach these skills to students, give talks, and perform peace and justice advocacy behind the scenes.
I hold a BSc in Geography from the University of Exeter in the UK and a Master's in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts Universty.
I fell in love with Melrose a few years ago and I adore our little corner of Massachusetts.
Innovative education will help our students get ahead in an era of unprecedented competition, and reveal exciting new worlds to lifelong learners - and that is what I love to do and that is exactly what I offer.
